Event management involves overseeing all logistics leading up to and during an event. At Mediacraft Associates, we execute the event plans by managing staff, finances, vendor relationships, hiring and conducting project management of the event as a whole for our clients.
Based on clients’ specifications, we manage the budget and teams responsible for each function, as well as oversee the execution of the event. We also supervise the services of all external vendors and professionals, including event planners.
